St. Francis of Assisi, by John Collier. Eight feet in height, bronze with gray patina. Commissioned by a college in Northeastern U.S. St. Francis is in motion walking in the footsteps of Jesus. The sculpture is placed in front of the Admissions building. This way incoming students, faculty, admistrators and visitors can be inspired to follow in those same footsteps, figuratively and even literally.
